Old Business

August 16 DRP date confirmed
$50 per truck for tow money
There is a 10pm curfew
The club will have qualifying, 2 heats and a feature

Tech Day is May 3rd at Randercar
Teching will be 9am to 2pm
Official meeting at noon

Radios are in and can be picked up on tech day
At the away tracks the flag man will talk directly to the drivers

The FRRC will have a contract typed up at the April FRRC meeting
The club will be paid $850 per week
A bonus of ½ of the street stock bonus will be given to the club at the end of the year

Ron contacted Rodger. He said all is good; just remember to not spill fluids on drag strip

New Business

Tod Kostichka talked about an internet company wanting to run the web site in return for sponsorship

Main Points:
The donation would be to set up the site
The club would be charge $20 monthly for hosting
Anybody can update the site
Don’t need any soft wear to update the site
New site will be more professional

Sherrie Kostichka volunteered to update the website
Josh Jeske mentioned that he would rather see a money sponsor instead of a service sponsor
Charlie Haven asked how it would be handled financially
Peggy Rusch mentioned that if there is paper work on the service provided the club will be taxed
It was asked how much the club currently pays Andy Dubey for internet services
Ron said $150
Charlie Haven mentioned that if someone in the club has macromedia they can update the current sire
Jerry Quella said he didn’t want to burn any bridges with Andy
Kip May mentioned it would be easier to promote the club with a more professional web site design.

Tod Kostichka asked to change the domain name of the web site to www.wisporttrucks.com
He also would like the club to own the name

Peggy offered to make new website stickers for the cabs. They will be made in White, Black and Red

Josh Jeske asked for names of places that turned down sponsoring the club
Ron said that if you know of someone who is serious about sponsorship then contact an officer

Genals Tire is making rims, they will be done soon

Belts cannot be older then 2 years

Practice on May 10th will be by class
Last year it was $10 per vehicle
Pit people are free, but must have the waiver signed

FRRC membership info is on the FRRC web page

FRRC season pass is $180

Both parents must sign minor release forms

There will be a $25 fee for safety inspection after May 3rd

Ron would like to get pics for a write up to give to DRP
