Ron will tell DRP that 15-16 trucks will show up
Ron asked for $50 per truck for tow money

Plover does not have room for a fourth date

The reason 141 did not invite the club back is because they are concerned with how long the program would be
141 will be willing to work with the club in the future, just not this year

Ron asked about the Red White and Blue series at the FRRC meeting
This year the club will not run the Red White and Blue series
The problems that were brought with the RWB series are:

No Parking
No Heats

TECHING

Josh Jeske also heard that Jason Yeager wont be racing this year, if he doesn’t he wont be inspecting this year

Volunteers for tech inspecting were asked for
Joe Plutz volunteered

The Tech inspectors as of now are Joe Plutz and Brandon Kucksdorf

TRANSPONDER RULES

Ron Magdanz asked the club what to do if a transponder doesn’t work
He said the FRRC doesn’t score a truck if the transponder doesn’t send a signal
Josh pointed out that track rules supersede the club rules
Jerry Quella said that if it is obvious where the truck finished they should be given the points for that spot
Rob Vandermoss said that last year he struggled to get the FRRC to change the finishing order one night last year, due to a transponder problem
It was agreed that Transponder discrepancy will be up to the officers on a case by case basis. If the officers can not prove the finishing spot of a truck, the truck in question will receive last place points.
